The checks COUNT what is waiting; this READS it. Without it your heartbeat can say "3 unread emails" but not that one of them is a customer threatening to leave. Costs one assistant turn per cycle — only when something new has arrived, never on a quiet cycle. Billed to you. Don't alert me — keep the checks running quietly
Silences the counts AND the System Digest: no Notification Center entry, no Telegram. The cycle still runs, repairs still happen, and your own tasks below still deliver as normal. While muted the digest is skipped rather than stored, so un-muting tells you what is new THEN — you won't be handed the backlog you chose not to hear about.

Re-remind me about urgent items

How often something urgent that is STILL unhandled is raised again. The first alert is always immediate — this is the follow-up reminder.

System Digest

Runs straight after the system checks, when the box above is ticked. Describe what deserves your attention — formatting and the "stay silent if nothing" rule are handled for you. Leave empty to use the default.
